Are payment plans available?
Yes — payment plans are available for most fixed-fee services, and we accept Klarna for many matters. We’ll set out the options at your Strategy Session so you can choose what works for you.
When do I pay?
The Strategy Session fee is paid at the time of booking. Fixed-fee services are typically paid before work begins, or in agreed instalments. Hourly matters are billed monthly against an agreed budget.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No. All prices on this page are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the standard rate (currently 20%). Where applicable, court fees and third-party charges are also separate.
What is the court fee for divorce?
The current court fee for a divorce application is £593. Court fees are set by HM Courts & Tribunals Service and are subject to change. Fee remissions may be available depending on your circumstances.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes — we accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and Klarna. Payments can be made online, by phone, or in person at any of our offices.
